Regional specialty food marketplace

Hard-to-find food, sourced by people already making the drive.

Foodie & Bandit connects regional food runners with buyers who want access to specialty items outside their local market. Preorder before the cutoff. Pick up when they arrive.

How it works

01

Runner lists a run

An independent runner making an intercity drive sources specialty items — regional produce, pantry goods, artisan products — and lists available inventory before departure.

02

You preorder before cutoff

Browse open runs, pick what you want, and pay before the order cutoff. Your spot is reserved the moment you check out.

03

Pick up during the window

Show up at the pickup location during the scheduled window. The runner hands off your order. That's it.

For buyers

Access regional specialties

Get items that don't ship well or aren't distributed outside their home market — straight from someone making the trip.

Know exactly what you're getting

Inventory is listed before you order. No mystery boxes, no substitutions. What you see is what gets handed to you.

Simple pickup, no delivery fee

Show up at the pickup location during the window. The runner is there, your order is ready.

Transparent pricing

Runners set their prices. Platform fees are disclosed at checkout. No hidden charges after the fact.
